Cyber Privilege – Workplace Policy

At Cyber Privilege our workplace policy is built on the principles of integrity, innovation, inclusion, safety, and productivity. These policies apply to all employees, interns, contractors, and consultants who contribute to our mission of creating a secure digital ecosystem through cybersecurity, digital forensics, SOCMINT, and GEOINT solutions.

2. Work Hours and Attendance

  • Standard working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Interns and part-time contributors may follow a task-based schedule or daily contribution of 2–3 hours as per agreement.

3. Remote Work and Hybrid Model

To promote a healthy work-life balance and adapt to modern work environments:

  • Employees and interns may work remotely, especially in roles like Cyber Forensics, SOCMINT, Research, and Development.

  • A secure VPN and monitoring tools are provided to ensure data security and performance tracking.

  • Regular virtual meetings, 15-day review sessions, and daily status reports are mandatory.

4. Code of Conduct and Integrity

We expect all team members to:

  • Act with honesty and integrity in all professional interactions.

  • Avoid conflicts of interest and report any unethical behavior.

  • Follow company SOPs, confidentiality agreements, and NDAs.

  • Never engage in bribery, data theft, or any form of corruption.

5. Cybersecurity and Confidentiality

As a cybersecurity firm:

  • Employees must follow strict digital hygiene, use strong passwords, enable multi-factor authentication, and encrypt sensitive data.

  • Any breach or suspicious activity must be reported immediately to the SOC team.

  • Internal communications are to be conducted only through approved channels and tools.

6. Learning, Development, and Upskilling

We encourage continuous learning through:

  • Internal training programs in VAPT, SOCMINT, GEOINT, and AI in cybersecurity.

  • Access to webinars, hackathons, and certification courses.

  • Regular knowledge-sharing sessions and tech talks.

7. Health, Safety, and Well-being

  • Cyber Privilege Pvt. Ltd. offers mental health support, wellness sessions, and encourages taking leave when needed.

  • COVID-19 protocols, including optional vaccination, remote work, and office sanitization, are in place.

8. Performance, Feedback & Growth

  • Transparent performance reviews are conducted quarterly.

  • Clear KPIs and growth paths are defined for every role.

  • Recognition and rewards are provided for outstanding contributions.

9. Leave Policy

  • Employees are entitled to earned leave, casual leave, and special leave under compassionate grounds.

  • Interns may take approved time off based on program flexibility and supervisor consent.

10. Reporting Misconduct and Whistleblower Policy

  • Any unethical, illegal, or suspicious behavior can be reported anonymously through our internal grievance or escalation system.

  • Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

  • All code, content, research, and tools developed during employment or internships are the property of Cyber Privilege Pvt. Ltd.

  • Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or sale of company IP is a punishable offense.
