Cyber Privilege establishes the following Rules, Regulations, and Policies (A–Z and 0–9) as binding on all Clients, Customers, Enquiry Persons, Entities, Employees, Interns, Volunteers, Short-Term Employees, Outsourced Staff, Associates, Agents, Informers, and any Person/Party interacting with Cyber Privilege.

These rules are absolute and non-negotiable, designed to safeguard Cyber Privilege, its operations, reputation, confidentiality, and lawful mandate.

0. Zero Tolerance Policy
Cyber Privilege enforces zero tolerance for fraud, manipulation, harassment, honey traps, hostile enquiries, or misuse of services.

1. One Channel Rule
Only official contact numbers/emails/websites are valid (πŸ“ž +91-8977308555, πŸ“§ hello@cyberprivilege.com, etc.). Any unauthorized channel is null and void.

2. Dual Consent Policy
All evidence submission and communications require explicit consent from both Client and Cyber Privilege.

3. Triple Security Compliance
All parties must adhere to GDPR, DPDP Act 2023, and IT Act 2000 for data sharing and processing.

4. Four-Layer Confidentiality
Clients, Employees, Interns, and Volunteers must maintain strict confidentiality across digital, verbal, written, and evidentiary channels.

5. β‚Ή5 Crore–₹50 Crore Penalty Clause
Hostile enquiries, honey traps, false victimhood, or manipulative acts attract heavy penalties.

6. Six-Month Data Audit Rule
All forensic and personal data may be subject to internal audits every six months.

7. Seven-Year Evidence Retention Rule
Court-admissible evidence may be retained for up to 7 years unless deletion is lawfully mandated.

8. Eight-Step Chain of Custody
Evidence handling must follow Cyber Privilege’s forensic custody protocols (collection β†’ sealing β†’ hashing β†’ analysis β†’ certification β†’ storage β†’ disclosure β†’ submission).

9. Nine-Point Liability Limitation
Cyber Privilege’s liability is capped strictly at service fees paid, excluding consequential damages, reputational harm, or fabricated claims.

A. Accountability
All parties are accountable for their actions, representations, and lawful behavior.

B. Binding Agreements
No communication (verbal/email) constitutes a binding contract unless signed under Cyber Privilege authority.

C. Confidentiality
Clients, Interns, Employees, and Volunteers are bound by NDAs; breach invites civil/criminal action.

D. Data Privacy
All personal and forensic data is processed under DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and IT Act.

E. Evidence Integrity
Evidence submitted must be original, unaltered, and lawfully obtained. Fabricated evidence leads to penalties.

F. Financial Obligations
Clients must pay fees in full before release of certified forensic reports. Non-payment halts services.

G. Governing Law
All disputes fall under jurisdiction of Vijayawada & Hyderabad Courts.

H. Hostile Enquiries Prohibited
No entity shall entrap, manipulate, harass, or induce emotional/sexual communication with Cyber Privilege staff.

I. Intellectual Property
All forensic tools, reports, certifications, and research are Cyber Privilege’s proprietary IP.

J. Jurisdiction Binding
International clients submit to Indian legal jurisdiction for all disputes.

K. Knowledge Access Restriction
Interns, volunteers, and employees may only access data relevant to assigned roles.

L. Liability Limitation
Cyber Privilege disclaims liability beyond contractual fees. No damages for indirect losses.

M. Monitoring Rights
Cyber Privilege reserves the right to log, monitor, and audit all communications and activities.

N. Non-Disclosure Agreements
Mandatory NDAs for all employees, interns, associates, and third-party agents.

O. Outsourcing Compliance
Outsourced staff must comply with Cyber Privilege’s rules; liability rests with contracting agency.

P. Penalty Enforcement
Violations may attract penalties from β‚Ή5 Crores–₹50 Crores plus FIR registration whom are against to us.

Q. Quality Assurance
All forensic reports follow international standards (ISO 27037, 27041, 27042).

R. Right to Refuse Service
Cyber Privilege may refuse service to hostile, unethical, or non-compliant entities.

S. Security Protocols
Strict use of encryption, hashing, MFA, and CIA triad in all operations.

T. Termination of Services
Services may be terminated at Cyber Privilege’s discretion for misconduct or non-payment.

U. User Obligations
Users must provide truthful data, refrain from manipulations, and comply with laws.

V. Volunteer & Intern Regulations
Interns/Volunteers cannot commit Cyber Privilege into contracts. Their misrepresentations are null & void.

W. Whistleblower Protection
Informers/snippers assisting Cyber Privilege in investigations remain confidential under protection.

X. eXclusion of Liability
Cyber Privilege is not liable for external misuse of data, client negligence, or third-party breaches.

Y. Yield to Law
Cyber Privilege shall comply with lawful court orders, but disclosure is limited to necessity.

Z. Zero-Day Threat Policy
Cyber Privilege maintains proactive detection and defense against cyber threats.
