  • All legal, financial, and evidentiary liabilities arising from escalations, litigation, or law enforcement proceedings rest solely with the client.

  • Cyber Privilege provides advisory, technical, and forensic analysis services without assuming liability for client actions, legal interpretations, or misuse of reports.

  • Any reliance on Cyber Privilege’s reports or clarifications in judicial or regulatory proceedings is at the client’s own risk, unless explicitly validated under applicable provisions such as Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act (BSA, 2023).
