1. Scope of Service

1.1 The consultation is a one-time, time-bound (10 minutes) online advisory session via Google Meet.

1.2 The session is preliminary and advisory in nature and does not constitute a full investigation, audit, certification, legal opinion, or expert testimony.

1.3 The consultation may include high-level guidance on:

Cybersecurity posture

Digital risk exposure

Incident response direction

Digital forensics process overview

Compliance orientation (DPDP Act, IT Act, BSA 2023, GDPR, etc.)

1.4 Any detailed investigation, forensic examination, evidence certification, or technical engagement requires a separate written agreement and commercial proposal.

2. Fees & Payment Terms

2.1 Consultation Fee: β‚Ή999 (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Only) for 10 minutes (one-time session).

2.2 Payment must be made within 1 day of invoice issuance or prior to scheduling the session, as communicated.

2.3 Late Payment Penalty: Interest @ 78% per annum, calculated on a daily pro-rata basis, shall apply on delayed payments.

2.4 All fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

3. Scheduling & Time Limitation

3.2 Cyber Privilege reserves the right to conclude the session once the allotted time expires, irrespective of pending questions.

3.3 Rescheduling is solely at the discretion of Cyber Privilege and only in case of technical failure from Cyber Privilege’s side.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

4.1 Cyber Privilege does not guarantee:
